Sheley grew up in Sacramento, CA. She was always very active in leadership, theater, and sports. Her dad (who most just refer to as Pastor Dave) was a youth pastor so she spent her entire childhood around teenagers. Her parents often told her that she’s been a teenager since she was four.

She spent half her junior and all senior year living away from her parents so that she could finish high school in Sacramento after the family moved to Danville. After being the first graduating class at Whitney High School she decided to move back home for two years and attend DVC to get her AA before transferring to Azusa Pacific University where she graduated after two more years.

She met her husband, Staphon, while she was at DVC and he was attending APU. They got married between her Junior and Senior year and while she finished school, he got an IT job on campus.

After graduating, started a job as an Independent Consultant with the Pampered Chef which she still does in her free time, helping others to make their kitchens have the best products in the entire world. In September 2012, Sheley received a call that there could be a potential job opening as the Admin at Rolling Hills Community Church. Sheley had always volunteered with ministry and couldn’t wait to be able to do it full time. They immediately packed their bags and moved up north.

Sheley does so many things around the church from creating the weekly bulletin, answering your calls and emails, to making sure things are run smoothly on Sundays.
She also directs the church calendar, designs most of the graphics, and created this website you’re currently looking at.
